COMPUTER CLASS HOMEWORK POLICY
GRADES 5-8

The diversity of subject areas dictates that each individual teacher develops his/her own homework policy. This homework policy is for Mrs. O'Toole's computer classes. Please keep this policy for future reference.

Although homework is not given in computer class, the following are guidelines for evaluating student progress in class:

1. Students are required to actively participate in class by following directions, attempting the skills being taught, staying on task, and asking for assistance when needed. By doing so, the students will receive 2 points for the class period.

2. All projects and assignments will be evaluated when completed based a rubric system of points and will be attached to or recorded on the project for the student to take home. Parents, please look for these score sheets to come home! Please check Gradebook for weekly progress and grades and my Technology web page for monthly activity information and important notes.
